Subject matter experts own the content. My job is to extract that knowledge, structure it for learning, and make it accessible without watering it down.
A great eLearning module isn't a slide deck with a play button. Interactions, pacing, and scenario design all carry the learning load.
I use data and learner feedback to track what's working. When I cut Cigna's onboarding from 14 to 12 weeks, it was the result of watching the numbers and acting on them.
